We had a braw stay! The room was pure clean and the air-con worked a treat. Only downside was the basic breakfast, couldnae have picked a better spot though, just a stone's throw from the Al Rigga metro station!

The location near the metro made getting around Dubai super easy. My room had a generous supply of bottled water and toiletries, a nice touch. The front counter staff greeted me with a warm welcome. The room I checked into had a pungent cigarette smell, really off-putting. The bathroom wasn't up to standard, with a rusted dustbin and some mold in the ceiling. I also faced confusion during check-in when I was asked for an additional payment despite having booked and paid online earlier. It felt frustrating and seemed unnecessary. Improvements in cleanliness and communication could really enhance the guest experience.

The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The cleaning staff were friendly and really made my day. The location was perfect, with shops and the metro nearby. A great experience 😊

Absolutely nothing very basic hotel was happy to leave.

The breakfast was terrible and other than the concierge the staff were rude and never smiled they seemed miserable being there.

The room and bathroom were spacious. The beds were really comfortable. The shower was good. It was handy to the airport and had free shuttle to and from the airport. It suited the purpose of a place to have a good sleep and a shower. The staff were pleasant.

Though the room was prepaid online the reception staff seemed to be unaware of it. I was told the shuttle would meet the flight but in fact I had to phone for the shuttle to come. The staff seemed disorganised.

The location is fantastic, only a short walk to the Al Rigga metro station. Staff were generally helpful and friendly, and I enjoyed the convenience of having parking available. The room was tidy and well-kept.
